The main studio at Fit For Life Youth HQ is a bright and versatile space designed for movement, creativity, and community. Located in the heart of Ladbroke Grove, the studio can host up to 80 people and is ideal for fitness classes, rehearsals, workshops, children’s parties, and community events. With a mirror, a sound system, and high ceilings, it’s perfect for dance and performance too. To respect our neighbours, hours of hire are between 6am and 2:30am.

The Dojo, is 47 sq/m and is suitable for Judo classes, BJJ, Karate, Taekwondo, Yoga (any type), Zumba. The Dojo is located in prime area Kensington Olympia, and is within walking distance from Kensington Olympia Station- 10min and Shepherds Bush Station- 15min.
