The main studio at Fit For Life Youth HQ is a bright and versatile space designed for movement, creativity, and community.
Located in the heart of Ladbroke Grove, the studio can host up to 80 people and is ideal for fitness classes, rehearsals, workshops, children’s parties, and community events. With a mirror, a sound system, and high ceilings, it’s perfect for dance and performance too.
To respect our neighbours, hours of hire are between 6am and 2:30am.

Perfect! Clean, great looking castles with vibrant colors and not to mention the friendly and supportive Chris who helped us and offered so much to make our community fun day a success. We used the large number four and mega slide which were perfect for anyone to have fun! Definitely will be using again and would definitely recommend!
