You do not need to make a request to the venue before booking with Sharesy, we work with our venues to ensure we have real-time availability so when you book it is all confirmed. Note that some venues have the right to cancel within 48 hours of your booking, but if that happens you would be immediately notified.
The first thing to do is book the venue (then again we would say that) and let your guests know to save the date. If you are going to have an entertainer you should arrange that next. Other things to organise include sending invitations (we help you with that after you book with us!), buying decorations and supplies for activities and serving food, party bags, food and drink, and of course the cake!
