Venue policies
House rules
- Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before the start time
- Wait in reception for a member of staff
- If the small hall is the one rented then bookers must use the small white door in front of the property but if the main hall is hired, then the big glass door on the side of the property can be used
- A member of staff will remain on site during the booking and will be available to help
- Nothing is to be fixed to the walls by any method unless otherwise agreed
- No smoking
- No vaping
- Alcohol must be approved by venue
- Bring your own bags and dispose of rubbish on site
- Leave promptly after your event
- Leave the space as you found it
- Booker will be charged extra if they overstay their booking time
- At the end of the hire period a representative from the bookings team will attend to lock up
- Under no circumstances must the hirer leave the hall unattended and unlocked
- If it seems likely that your event may finish early, please request a contact number to call
