All bookings require a £300 security deposit (terms below). A viewing must occur and ID and relevant documentation must be provided to the venue directly before the booking can be confirmed.
Security deposit terms
If the following terms are met, the deposit will be returned to you two working days after the event:
- Only access to the main hall is permitted. No outside or kitchen use is permitted.
- Elm Park is a non smoking school, if anyone smokes or uses e-cigarettes on the property, the deposit will be retained
- If there is an overstay, there will be a charge for the overstay and the £300 deposit will be retained
- No illegal activity
- Any damages and mess will mean that the deposit will be retained.
- Leave the space as you found it, this includes mopping, cleaning, hoovering, sweeping. The cleaning equipment can be provided via the caretaker.
- No events after 6pm
- Keep noise to a minimum as it is a residential area
- The main booker must sign in and sign out at reception before and after their bookingA viewing must occur and Id and relevant documentation needs to be provided before the booking can be confirmed.

"5-star experience! The Aspire Learning Federation Elm Park Primary School is an excellent venue for parties and celebrations. The management and caretaker are incredibly helpful and responsive to queries. The open spaces are a hit with kids, who love running around and having fun. What impressed me most, however, is the emphasis on safety - once the gates are shut, you can rest assured that the children are secure. Highly recommended!"

I will use this space again. It's important that the kitchen area is made accessible and communicated to the caretake. It took some explaining and calling Clare before agreed l could use the kitchen space. Overall, l am satisfied

Dave (site manager) is so lovely, very helpful man. The hall was great , parking was great , bouncy castle and entertainment was nicely held in the hall. Lovely!

Cancellations
This venue has custom cancellation terms which will be shown to you at checkout.
- Cancellations made over 2 weeks in advance of the hire date will receive a full refund
- Bookings made within 2 weeks of the hire date will have a 48 hour grace period from the time of booking to cancel and receive a full refund
- All other cancellations will receive no refund

Property damage
In the event of any damage to the space or any other part of the venue property, Sharesy reserves the right to make deductions from the payment method used.
We'll make sure to notify you in advance of making any deductions and will, whenever possible, provide you with photographic or other documentary evidence of the damage.
