The Bastwick Suite Hire, 47 Bastwick Street
The Bastwick Suite is our most versatile space and is always popular for small conferences, workshops, seminars and board meetings. Located on the first floor, the flexible space comes complete with AV technology and can be set up in various layouts, accommodating up to 70 delegates theatre style or 30 as a boardroom. The room is partitioned, which can be opened to offer one large open space or closed for two individual rooms.
The Bastwick Suite is not connected to any other spaces, but a discount can be discussed upon booking if another space is hired at the same time.
Please note, we will charge an additional £25 per hour after 7pm for out of hours security. The charge will be applied after booking.

Venue policies
House rules
- Arrival time is subject to availability and will be agreed with the venue in advance
- On arrival our Front of House team will be there to welcome and show where the room is and answer any questions
- A member of staff will remain on site during the booking and will be available to help No loud music
- Alcohol must be approved by venue
- Ask venue staff for bags and dispose of rubbish on site - bins are available in all rooms
- When you are finished, please tell the Front of House team so they can start to clean the room
- Leave promptly after your event
- Leave the space as you found it

In the event of any damage to the space or any other part of the venue property, Sharesy reserves the right to make deductions from the payment method used.
We'll make sure to notify you in advance of making any deductions and will, whenever possible, provide you with photographic or other documentary evidence of the damage.
