House rules
- Please do not arrive before your booked time.
- A key or access number will have been provided to you beforehand.
- There won't be a member of staff on site during your booking. If you have any issues contact the venue contact provided.
- No smoking
- No vaping
- The hall is in a residential area. Please ensure that Church Lane is not blocked. Music may not be played after 11pm.
- Bring your own bags and take the rubbish with you.
- Leave promptly after your event.
- Leave the space as you found it.
- Tables and any surfaces which are sticky or dirty should be wiped down – cleaning materials are in the kitchen under the sink.
- Please sweep the floor before you leave, and take all your rubbish home with you. Please ensure that ALL HEATERS (both gas ones in the halls, following the instructions on the wall, and wall heaters in the toilets, as well as the water heater in the kitchen) are turned off before you leave.
- Please also ensure that all taps are turned off to prevent floods.
- Please take your rubbish home with you.
- Turn off all lights and lock the door.
- If you have been given a key please return it in accordance with instructions.
Parking and loading
- There are no parking spaces on site.
- There is very limited parking available in Church Lane, but there are no parking restrictions here or on other local roads.
- There are no designated loading bays. Please unload from where you park.

The space itself is perfect. It felt very safe for a kids party - kids couldn't just run out onto the road. It was very clean and had all the things you might need. It was lovely and warm and light. All of the kitchen items were there for the adults - Id recommend bringing kids cups/plastic cups. We loved it and had a blast! The only down side to the experience was the communication (1 less star). We were told someone would be in touch 2 days before the event and even with emailing beforehand, no one got in touch. The morning of the party was very stressful not knowing if anyone would let us in. Thankfully Jim Heavens was on call to see to our every need. Without Jim the party would not have happened! Thank you Jim.

Wonderful space used for a children’s party, ample space for disco, dancing, activities etc. Great communication from team, showed how to use heaters etc and how to leave hall. Give 4 stars instead of 5 because the kitchen and oven could do with some TLC but do appreciate that this all comes down to funding.

The hall was its usual clean and excellent self but there are always loads of children’s tables, chairs and now a crate of toys that have to be moved out of the hall before we can use the space.
