Ask for an equipment list covering ovens, hobs, refrigeration, sinks, preparation surfaces, extraction and power. A kitchenette suitable for tea may not allow cooking, and some venues permit reheating only. Check crockery, glassware, dishwashing and waste, plus whether equipment is shared with another user. Allocate responsibility from delivery to cleanup
Confirm when food and equipment may arrive, where chilled items wait and how supplier vehicles load. Ask what food-hygiene documents, insurance or risk assessments the venue requires.
