Venue policies
House rules
- Please arrive no more than 30 minutes before the start time
- There won't be a member of staff on site during your booking. If you have any issues contact the venue contact provided
- No smoking
- No vaping
- Alcohol must be approved by venue
- Bring your own bags and take the rubbish with you
- Leave promptly after your event
- Leave the space as you found it
- All heating must be turned off at the end of the hire period.
- Furniture and kitchen items must be put away as indicated.
- If our alcohol license is used we take an extra £250 refundable deposit against damages. complaints or clear-up issues. This is refunded 2 weeks after the event all being well. We require someone with a personal alcohol license to attend an promote our licensing objectives and sign our paperwork before the event to say that they will do so.
- If the event ends in the evening then the whole site must be locked and the keys returned via the drop box. Kate will provide full instructions on booking.
Parking and loading

- There is on-street parking but some restrictions apply on weekdays and weekends

Property damage
In the event of any damage to the space or any other part of the venue property, Sharesy reserves the right to make deductions from the payment method used.
We'll make sure to notify you in advance of making any deductions and will, whenever possible, provide you with photographic or other documentary evidence of the damage.
