Fine Toad is essentially a co-working office space, available to hire evenings and weekends as an events venue for meetings, classes, events and workshops. The space comprises two rooms approx 6x5 and 6x5m plus a quiet room that can hold 3 desks.

Daytime desk hire, doubles as event space for meetings, classes, workshops etc outside of office hours. Layouts easily moved/configured with lightweight tables/desks, moveable chairs across two rooms plus a small quiet room

Co-working office space with many desks which can easily be configured to any preferred layout. Comfortable chairs, new aircon/heating as of January 2025. Bookings include super-fast broadband and free tea/coffee. A second, connecting room also holds many desks. A quiet room can be booked too.
