Venue policies
House rules
- Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before the start time
- A code should be given on booking, or arrangements by email
- Entrance is down the service road behind the shops. No 35 rear entrance is white glass doors, next to a white wall with black fire-escape stairs - this is the entrance for ALL users - limited parking/drop off by vehicle here too.
- There won't be a member of staff on site during your booking. If you have any issues contact the venue contact provided
- No smoking
- No loud music
- No vaping
- Alcohol must be approved by venue
- Ask venue staff for bags and take the rubbish with you
- Leave promptly after your event
- Leave the space as you found it
- Please enquire about rubbish, food/drinks for exclusive hire when booking. Daytime users have use of fridge, dishwasher, sink and we will generally tidy away & deal with small amounts of rubbish/cleaning if necessary.
Parking and loading
- There are 2 parking spaces on site
- We have very limited parking. Lion Green Road Car park is 3 mins walk - it's FREE evening and weekend, as is street parking FREE at weekends.
- There is a designated space for unloading on site
- Behind 35 Chipstead Valley Road CR5 2RB use the service road behind the shops
