The main hall for the Junior School site is 10m x 12m, with high ceilings. The room is close to the main entrance of the school and has step-free access and natural daylight. Retractable dining tables and chairs can be used. Benches and chairs can also be available. An additional caretaker fee may need to be added on after your booking depending on staffing availability.

Our outdoor space is a perfect area for any type of kids parties, with the capacity being around 40-50 people. As you can see from the photos, there are multiple areas that can be used, including a climbing frame, small seating area, tarmac play area and toilets on site. The area can be used for all types of activities including sports days, competitions, outdoor yoga, parties and much more! ‍

Based in the Junior School site, this modern classroom has plenty of daylight and can seat 24 people across 4 worktops. The room is next to the entrance of the building. An additional caretaker fee may need to be added on after your booking depending on the timings of the hire.

Meeting room

This colourful classroom can hold up to 30 people and has great facilities including a whiteboard, a small sink and AV equipment. It is perfect for after school clubs, small meetings and an interactive working space. It's also great when booked with another space as a breakout room. The classroom will also be tidy of equipment seen in the photos.

Our playground is ideal for any type of sporting activity or children's birthday parties. Whether that be casual football, netball or track and field, this space is great to have a run around in! Suitable for around 60 people, it can also be booked along with an indoor space which gives you options for kids parties or any other type of event.

Pleasant meeting room

A 650 square foot new clean studio with mirrored wall, led strip lighting around the room and 16 bikes (which can be moved) plus a small podium lit up by led lighting.  Great for gym use, dance, photography, team building sessions.

This self contained suite is ideal for a group needing an area to work/present, a small kitchen in the corner with a sink, and a small breakout room at the back. There are toilets inside and a space to leave jackets and bags. It can fit up to 30 people and is perfect for training, meetings, courses and away days.
