Venue policies
House rules
- We are committed to safeguarding children, young people and vulnerable adults. Guests must comply with our safeguarding policy will be sent with your confirmation email.
- Individual bookers must be aged over 21
- Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before the start time
- Arriving on foot? Bookers to ring the front entrance entry phone on the High Road. If main doors are open to the public, come in and wait at the welcome desk.
- Arriving by car, ring the church entry phone only at the back gate carpark entrance of Highwood Avenue. Park in the church basement car park to the right at the bottom of the slope. Enter by the basement church entrance using the entry phone.
- Bookers issued with an entry code can use it to enter building at keypad/entry phones located at main entrance, car park gate, basement shutter and basement entrance
- No smoking, vaping or drug-taking
- If your booking is until 11pm, music needs to be off by 10pm and prompt departure at 11pm
- Bring your own bags and dispose of rubbish in on site bin store
- Access to our cleaning cupboards on all floors will be available
- Tidy, hoover and wipe down all surfaces, leaving the space as you found it
- Bookers must leave quietly and be off site by the end of their booked time
- You may incur additional charges for damage, overstays, or failure to leave the venue as you have found it
- Other detailed terms and conditions of hire will be included in your confirmation email
Parking and loading
- There are 5 parking spaces on site upon request
- There is on-street parking but some restrictions apply on weekdays and weekends
- There are no designated loading bays; please unload from where you have parked
