We had a birthday party for kids in the room. On the positive side the room was warm with good internet coverage with lots of on street parking and easy to find. There are plenty of children tables and chairs to use. On the negative side, we found a lot of extra objects in the room which were of no use to the party and they were not there during the viewing and it was not mentioned that they will have been (eg large folded fair tables), the caretaker didn’t leave rubbish bags and a brush although it was promised that it would have been provided. There is a sound system in the room to play music but the inputs are a bit old fashioned (ie you can connect using a jack) and as such it won’t connect to an iPad (although the instructions say the opposite). Other minor things like curtains not properly attached have a bit of a messy look. The party was a success anyway

The main hall has a capacity of 120 people where there is an elevated stage, chairs, lighting and a projector available for use. The dining hall is an L-shape and a perfect addition to the main hall, hosting up to 50 people with tables and chairs included.

The space was exactly what was needed for a kids party! Fantastic venue with great facilities. The on site security were amazing and very accommodating.
