Evening Terrace Hire, The Birds Nest - Brixton
Rooftop space overlooking stunning London skyline on 11th floor
The Bird’s Nest is available for full private hire Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 4:00pm during the day and from 5:00pm to 12:00am in the evening, and on Saturday and Sunday from 12:00pm to 4:30pm during the day and from 5:00pm to 12:00am in the evening.
The venue hire fee is a fixed £1,200, which is separate from the minimum spend requirement.
Minimum spend applies to food and drink only and is set at £1,500 for all day slots
£2,500 for Monday to Wednesday evenings, £3,500 for Thursday evenings
£5,000 for Friday and Saturday evenings, and £2,000 for Sunday evenings
The venue holds an alcohol licence until midnight and includes a standard front-of-house team with floor and bar staff as required. Additional costs may apply for extended setup, late departures, or bespoke event requests.

- How to enter The Birds Nest
- - Look for the red door to the left of the Marvin Gaye mural (right-hand side of International House).
- - Press the ‘Ring’ doorbell to be buzzed in.
- - Follow the short path to the glass double doors, then press the second ‘Ring’ doorbell.
- - Take the lift to the 11th floor.
- - Turn left — to enter The Birds Nest.
- A member of staff will remain on site during the booking and will be available to help
- Ask venue staff for bags and dispose of rubbish on site
- Leave promptly after your event
- Leave the space as you found it
Parking and loading
- There are no parking spaces on site
- There is on-street parking but some restrictions apply on weekdays
- There is a designated space for unloading on site but you'll have to request codes from us
