- Permitted arrival time depends on the date and time of the booking
- Wait in reception for a member of staff on arrival
- A member of staff will remain on site during the booking and will be available to help
- Ask venue staff for bags and dispose of rubbish on site
- Leave promptly after your event
- Leave the space as you found it
- Space to be tidied to a reasonable level, with rubbish bagged up/placed in bins provided
- All accessories/decorations are to be removed when leaving
- The kitchen is a small cafe/commercial kitchen fitted with a double oven, 6 plate-hob, counter space, fridge/freezer space, kettle, microwave, water boiler, washing up liquid and cloths/scourers, blue/white roll (paper towel), extraction. Refuse is deposited onsite. External equipment may be brought in, conditional on appropriate insurance being provided by the third party. Deep fat-fryers may not be used under any conditions.

- There is no designated loading bay, please unload from where you have parked
