Super easy process, John the caretaker was fantastic and the space was clean and had everything we need.

School very helpful. They showed us around prior to our event. On the day the caretaker was very helpful, everything was setup and nothing was to much trouble, The hall was clean and tidy.

We were extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and preparation ahead of our arrival. We were only informed about ongoing construction work on the day we arrived, which was completely unacceptable. Construction tools were left scattered around, the roof was damaged, and there were exposed electrical wires. To make matters worse, the lettings manager stopped responding to our messages in the days prior and failed to pass on our requests to the caretaker. This lack of coordination and professionalism left us feeling frustrated and unprepared. That said, we truly appreciate the efforts of the caretaker, John, who was incredibly helpful and did everything he could to assist us despite the circumstances.

It was seamless and very easy.

The hall is smaller than what we thought from photo. We had kids basketball party there. A bit crowded for nearly 30 kids and 30 parents but everyone was happy. The school staff was very helpful and nice. Quickly help us settled and let us use small fridge for fruit in such hot weather condition. Recommended!

The whole process from booking to post party was seamless and easy. I was able to see the space beforehand and nothing was too much trouble for the team. John the Caretaker was the icing on the cake - kind, calm in the chaos and so helpful. Would definitely book again.

Brilliant space for a children's birthday party with plenty of space for a bouncy castle, games and birthday tea. Huge thanks to John who was so helpful on the day, even bringing us an icepack for a bumped head. The only thing we would have found it helpful to know in advance was that you should bring your own mugs suitable for tea/coffee.

I recently hired a dining hall for my son 4th birthday celebration, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The venue itself was beautifully maintained, with ample space and a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made it perfect for the occasion. However, what truly made the event stand out was the support we received from John, the staff member who assisted us on the day itself. John’s attention to detail, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond were invaluable. He ensured that everything ran smoothly, from the setup to accommodating our guests’ needs. His friendly and approachable manner made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable, allowing us to focus on celebrating. I would highly recommend this venue for any event, and if you’re lucky enough to work with John, you’re in excellent hands.

Really large open space perfect for entertainment and sitting down for food. Temperature and access into the room and toilets was perfect. Set up with onsite contact was prompt to ensure our event went without a glitch. Highly recommend

Amazing venue, would definitely use again. Space of the main hall is brilliant, and is close to a fully working kitchen. John was on hand to answer all questions, and had set up tables and chairs, which was super helpful. Great venue for a 2 year old party

The venue was excellent. It was clean, had everything needed. The caretaker, Tristan, was amazing and helped the party organiser team get in and do everything needed to make the party successful. The hall had plenty of space. The kids had amazing party and I will use the venue again.

Really good! The facilities were good spacious hall. Helpful caretaker. The only thing was there was not enough ventilation made it a little warm and a bit of discomfort to some other guests. But would 100% recommend the hall. Might use it again.

The hall was ready to our expectations in terms of time and cleanliness. John the caretaker was very friendly and helpful. We had a great experience using the hall for our annual music concert.
