The main studio at Fit For Life Youth HQ is a bright and versatile space designed for movement, creativity, and community. Located in the heart of Ladbroke Grove, the studio can host up to 80 people and is ideal for fitness classes, rehearsals, workshops, children’s parties, and community events. With a mirror, a sound system, and high ceilings, it’s perfect for dance and performance too. To respect our neighbours, hours of hire are between 6am and 2:30am.

Notting Hill Arts Club is a dynamic underground venue located just steps from Notting Hill Gate Station. This vibrant underground venue features a bar, stage area, HD projectors, and a top-tier sound system.
