House rules
- Please arrive no more than Set-up and pack-away must be included in your booking time (e.g. for a 10:00–19:00 event with 1 hour set-up and pack away, book 09:00–20:00) before the start time
- Wait in reception for a member of staff
- Large powered equipment (eg bouncy castles) is not allowed. No extensive sound systems, eg PAs or larger instrument amplifiers as well as loud music.
- Wipe clean and place back the tables and chairs after the event.
- No open flames, no vaping or smoking inside.
- All cleaning supplies can be found in white cupboard under the code of conducts in front reception
- Hoover can be found behind the blue sign board, next to the trophy case in reception No affixing any items to the walls, ceiling, or the exterior of the building.
- If we find any tape or damage to the walls, we may have to charge you.
- You can use free-standing decorations or the glass on the windows for any light decorations.
- Please make sure you remove them afterwards.
