Working garden with flower beds and grass. Suitable for garden parties and children's parties. The garden has a working tap and an electrical socket. If music it being played we ask that it is at a respectful volume so it doesn't disturb the neighbours. We also ask that it is turned off by 8pm. Lumpy Hill Adventure Playground is a vibrant, child-led outdoor space in Islington, designed to inspire creativity, exploration, and play. It features large wooden structures, natural elements, and open-ended materials that encourage imaginative and physical play. The playground is staffed by experienced playworkers and caters to children, promoting independence, social interaction and well-being in a safe and inclusive environment.

Nestled between the trees and maintained just as Freud would have known it, our leafy garden is a tranquil space to think. Our beautiful garden is a lovely setting for outdoor dinners or receptions. We have a marquee (8m x 5m) with lighting and ceiling heaters, which can be joined on to the house. The marquee seats up to 56 delegates (lecture style), or 42 guests at tables. Tucked behind the Church is the Hall, offering ultimate flexibility. It works well as a breakout or prep space alongside your main event in the Church, or it’s ideal for smaller meetings and exhibitions. With views and access to our charming courtyard garden and kitchenette, it’s a comfortable and elegant room. Our Hall comes unfurnished and can be configured however you like. We are very fortunate to have some outside space within our premises and are proud to be able to offer it to you for a very low price. The space is available for summer drinks, BBQs, parties etc. Six tables sit eight people each with standing room for a further fifty (approx.) people.
