If using just the football pitch, price and event length must be approved by the Senior Centre Manager.
The Football pitch itself has basketball hoops, football goals, and is an enclosed space with green tarping for privacy along the fence.

- included in the football pitch rental would be the use of the outdoor ping pong table, and toilets, but no other areas would be permitted for use

House rules
- Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before the start time
- Ring the main doorbell
- Upon arrival, guests should ring the bell on site. Guests will either buzzed in, or met at the gate to be escorted on site by the staff member working the event. All bookers get 30 minutes to set up the event with the assistance of the employee if needed, 2 hours for the event, and a half hour at the end for clean-up. This is the standard agreement but can be adjusted if discussed at booking and agreed to in hiring contract.

- Please note that if there is additional time used to clean up past the agreed upon time frame, there may be an additional charge.

- There is on-street parking but some restrictions apply on weekdays and weekends
- There are no designated loading bays. Please unload from where you park.
