House rules
- Please arrive no more than 30 minutes before the start time
- Wait in reception for a member of staff
- There will be a security officer assigned to your event. Organiser must arrive at the front office to be led to the hall. Organisers can then direct their guests to the hall.
- A member of staff will remain on site during the booking and will be available to help
- No smoking
- No vaping
- Alcohol must be approved by venue
- Electrical equipment must be PAT tested and approved for use
- Bring your own bags and take the rubbish with you
- Leave promptly after your event
- Leave the space as you found it
- Bookers must report to the front/security office to register their departure
Parking and loading
- There are no parking spaces on site
- There is on-street parking but some restrictions apply on weekdays and weekends
- There is a designated space for unloading on site on Romford Road
