UNIT3's a state-of-the-art studio comes with 4000 sq. ft. wooden sprung dance floor, professional sound system, lighting options, lounge area, and much more.
We offer six different studio sizes depending on your needs, as well as a whole studio option as part of our venue hire. Additionally, along with the studio space, your hire-fee will gain you access to free Wifi, toilets and showers.

- Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before the start time
- Wait in reception for a member of staff
- To find us go down the small staircase on the left hand side of the building as you face it. Alternatively for disabled access or if riding a bike, go down the car park to the right side of the building as you face it and turn sharp left. You will see cycle storage, keep walking alongside of it and you will find our entrance. If you have a bike, just bring it inside.
