A contemporary, flexible space with direct access to our beautiful courtyard garden. Situated on the lower ground floor, accessible by lift. Suitable for group classes, meetings, talks, workshops, business events, parties, training, rehearsals, exhibitions and more. You can also book the attached courtyard garden as part of your booking, or separately.
Add on the Secret Garden for £20 / hour
The Owen Room is even better when booked alongside the Secret Garden. The two spaces together make the perfect venue for parties. You can add the Secret Garden at checkout.
Out of hours bookings may be possible, subject to availability. Please contact Sharesy to confirm timings and pricing with the venue.
Please note, extra charges will apply for bookings made on bank holidays.

The Equiano room was a lovely space. And as we had a buffet its location next to the kitchen was great. The Fitzroy has very good accessibility built into the centre.
The staff were very helpful during the booking process and during the event.
We couldn’t have been happier. Strongly recommend.
