A beautiful, airy, and classic room on street-level for easy access. Suitable for meetings, talks, workshops, business and corporate events, parties, dinner events, cocktail parties, group classes, training, hybrid, rehearsals, music performances, exhibitions, and more.
Please note, we occupy the ground and lower ground floor of a residential building, therefore guests are asked to be mindful of noise levels throughout the centre, and in particular, the courtyard garden. The room can accommodate 50 people in theatre style seating, 24 in a boardroom format or 30 standing.
Out of hours bookings may be possible, subject to availability. Please contact Sharesy to confirm timings and pricing with the venue.
Please note, extra charges will apply for bookings made on bank holidays.
The room was exactly what I needed and everything worked as expected. A special shout out to the lovely person working that evening who was incredibly helpful and kind.

The Equiano room was a lovely space. And as we had a buffet its location next to the kitchen was great. The Fitzroy has very good accessibility built into the centre.
The staff were very helpful during the booking process and during the event.
We couldn’t have been happier. Strongly recommend.
