Main Hall Hire, St Mary's CEP School
A large school hall with sports markings, ideal for children’s parties, fitness and wellbeing classes and community meet ups. Can seat up to 180 people (on chairs); we can provide 120 folding chairs and 10 folding tables on request. Can be used alongside the small hall for extra space which has a small kitchenette attached (on request). Fully accessible and there are 3 toilets available for use. Regular bookers must provide their own PL insurance (up to £5 million).
They work with a security company, so someone will be on site to open and close the space for you.

- Please arrive at the start of your booking - no earlier
- Please wait at the entrance to the school for a member of the caretaking staff to open the school
- There will not be a member of staff available during your booking
- If you have any issues please contact the emergency number provided on the day

- Bring your own bags and take the rubbish with you
- Leave promptly after your event - caretaking staff will charge an prorated hourly amount for overstays
- Leave the space as you found it
- Please arrive and leave on time. You will face an additional charge of £16+VAT/hour for any time you keep the security company waiting.
Parking and loading
- Parking in the school car park can be made available on request (we have up to 15 spaces available).
- There is off street parking but some parking restrictions may apply (currently parking is not permitted Monday to Friday from 2 – 3pm).

The venue manager was responsive to emails and various requests. The hall is a bit on the small side and the floor is a bit slippery.
