1.Everything was okay but it was very cold next time can we have the heating on please. 2. Last time we hired the place , I gave feed back but no one acted on it, the least you could have done is apologise.

The hall itself was really nice. Communication beforehand was a bit wobbly though. In the week prior I contacted the venue multiple times to arrange a location viewing which was never responded to.

The hall was good enough but getting into the venue was a nightmare. We received an email prior to the date which stated that a caretaker would be there to let us in. The email also stated that we would receive a code to enter the building. Neither of these things happened and no one answered the emergency number. Luckily someone was renting the other room so they let us in. The caretaker then arrived an hour late and insisted on taking me away from my child’s party to show me the bins and various cleaning equipment. The professionalism and general service was appalling.

It was an excellent experience, every thing went well, the Care Taker(Latefa) gave us a warm welcome and a happy finished.

This is the first time we used the sharesy system for this hall and we got in a bit of a muddle over it, but worked it out in the end. Hall (as always ) is great and the person helping us was very nice.

The hall was, as usual, clean and ready for use. We were able to just put in the code, get the key, put out tables and chairs and start the meeting. The kitchen is large and well equipped, and the space is perfect for a meeting.

Highly recommend, place is clean and tidy before we came. Easy access with parking. We will surely book it again.

We had a very positive experience with the hall and more importantly the caretaker Latifa. She was amazing, helpful and very attentive to our needs. Hall was spacious, tidy and cleaning equipment was accessible when needing to tidy up. No issues and a pleasant experience.

Great venue but difficult to find

This time it was quite dissappointing. As soon as I realised I had not been sent a code to get in I called also sent 2 emails. We than got to the venue , no idea how to get in, it happened that a church warden let us in through the kitchen which another party was about to use she said we can let our guests in through the fire exit. At the end we were told a caretaker would be there, there was none and we paid for that service as it was a must, we were not even sure how to carefully close the door. It was so dissapointing..

The space and facilities were excellent and the event went very well. But the absence of a disabled toilet caused some difficulties for a guest but it was resolved with some help from others.

Easy access to transport services, parking, staff are friendly and helpful.

The hiring space was fine, however 5/6 times people tried to come into the place without knocking during the memorial service. The space was good and kitchen was clean. They were screaming outside and had to be told to step away from the door 3 times. People were banging on the wall outside and it was very hot inside with no ventilation.

The space was perfect for my event. The staff were helpful, even when we had communication difficulties. The caretaker was very friendly. All round a very professional team offering a fantastic space for small to large events. Thank you!

Our event went on well in this venue. The place was clean and neat. And my guest enjoyed the outdoor space where they could hangout too.

I thought the entrance, space and set-up were very comfortable. Only issue I encountered was: the panel to the garden door was coming away and it needs repairing as it has fairly sharp edging and could cut someone if heavily-handled. We had to open this door to the garden as it was a very warm day and I had to handle the panel back upwards to close the door. One suggestion to the venue: if possible and cost-effective, Wi-Fi would be handy for most people. Overall, very happy with space and price.

Everything was clean and tidy and easy to access. The kitchen is a good space and the hall is large, with plenty of tables and chairs. The caretaker arrived at the end to tidy up and lock the hall.

The kitchen corner saved us money. The room is small but was fine for the numbers we had on the say. The viewing was very difficult as it didn't happen early enough in the process for us hk cancel. We had to wait until 2 days before the event to view which was helpful and the church admin was super. So the space was fine but the service from Sharesy was very below par.

Great hall and brilliant staff who were extremely helpful. Disappointed that we didn't get the 15 car spaces as advertised as this was nessesary for our party. Aside from that it was 10/10!

The team are really helpful and venue was exactly as shown. Paul couldn't do more for us when we got there and Ana handled the administration side perfectly.

Fantastic space, a super helpful caretaker on site who was more than accommodating - there was a lot going on that day with multiple hires and he was making himself available to everyone. would absolutely recommend.

Hall was adequately sized for the number of people attending, with convenient, well appointed facilities including disabled people access and toilets. Fairly easy means of booking and reservation.

The space is small however it was reasonable. A little confusing at first but we got there in the end. We weren't given an access key code the day before. There was a toilet and kitchen nearby so it wasn’t too bad. The host of the room was a little behind with everything but she still helped out which was sweet
