Our versatile function room offers the ideal setting for any occasion—meetings, parties, seminars, and more. With flexible seating arrangement this room can be tailored to fit your needs. It features high-speed Wi-Fi, and a large screen LCD TV is available on request. Conveniently located in the heart of Barking and a short walk from Barking Station, this space is perfect for clients looking to host productive and comfortable events in a clean, stylish environment. The Abbey Room has a moveable partition which allows it to be combined with the Civic Room to create a small hall. Chairs and tables can be requested at checkout where you can set these up in the room to support a variety of different layouts to suit your event needs. If you would prefer no chairs and tables, this can also be facilitated by requesting this at checkout.
St Margaret’s Centre is a short walk from Barking Station with its excellent transport links to Central London and surrounding areas via the C2C, District Line and Suffragette Line. The 672, 287 & 368 Bus Routes stop outside the Church Centre.
If you are booking any of our spaces for a religious event you must be a church affiliated to either Churches Together in Britain and Ireland or The Evangelical Alliance.
