The Conference Room is located in the basement of the Rectory building adjacent to St James's Church. There are two light wells that let in natural light and the room has private access from Church Place. The room is perfect for large scale meetings, workshops, presentations, press launches, castings, rehearsals, and receptions.
Facilities include a digital projector and screen, large TV screen, and free Wi-Fi.

- Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before the start time
- Ring the main doorbell
- Before you get to the church, you'll see a pathway called Church Place on your left which runs between Piccadilly and Jermyn Street. Turn left here and you'll see some railings and a gate on your right. Come through the gate and down the stairs to the Conference Room.
- A member of staff will remain on site during the booking and will be available to help

Great venue in a brilliant location. The on-site staff were friendly and helpful and the event went very smoothly. Great facilities for a lecture complete with large easy-to-see tv screen and all necessary equipment for presentation - would definitely recommend and use again!
