This is a large hall with a stage, plus toilets and kitchen. When hiring the stage, if the backstage area is needed (Wells Room) then this must be made by enquiry.

Children’s Party costs are £90 for 3 hours (2 hour party, 30 min set up and clear up) - if a longer time is required, then the extra is charged at the normal hourly rate, pro rata accordingly.

Venue policies
House rules
- Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before the start time.
- The building will be opened for you unless you have collected a key beforehand (most hirers do not need a key).
- There won't be a member of staff on site during your booking. If you have any issues contact the venue contact provided. There are contact details on the noticeboard in the hall
- If you want alcohol at your event then a Temporary Event Notice is required. This can be obtained from the Bristol City Council for a small fee. Please note that Alcohol CANNOT be provided on a donation basis. Nor can it be included in the price of tickets, nor with the sale of a raffle ticket (they all count as selling alcohol)
- No smoking
- No loud music
- No vaping
- No Smoke Machines allowed, this is because they set off the fire alarm.
- Any decorations put up must be removed at the end of the party.
- Bring your own bags and take the rubbish with you
- Leave promptly after your event
- Leave the space as you found it
- There is a checklist to complete that is found in the Accident book in the church and church hall.

- There is on-street parking with no restrictions
- There are no designated loading bays. Please unload from where you park.

We were able to hold a very successful concert. Representatives of the church met us for our rehearsal and concert and were polite and helpful and helped sort out our needs. The church is spacious and has a good acoustic. It was also comfortably warm, which is quite an achievement for a building of this type.

The place was absolutely huge and gorgeous, the volunteers that helped us were very welcoming. The students loved the space and asked us when we are next using this space. Absolutely recommend!
