House rules
- Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before the start time
- Wait at the front entrance or gates, for a member of staff
- There will be a Studio manager on-site with every booking. We ensure a studio manager is on-site at least 15 minutes prior to the start of each booking.
- A member of staff will remain on site during the booking and will be available to help
- No smoking
- No vaping
- Alcohol must be approved by venue
- Ask venue staff for bags and dispose of rubbish on site
- Leave promptly after your event
- Leave the space as you found it
- We have bins for domestic waste only (takeway food packaging etc), we do not dispose of production and set waste and this must be disposed of by our clients.
Parking and loading
- There are 6 parking spaces on site
- There is no on-street parking directly outside the venue
- There is a designated space for unloading on site
- Loading access is directly outisde the main shutter entrance to the studio.

Property damage
In the event of any damage to the space or any other part of the venue property, Sharesy reserves the right to make deductions from the payment method used.
We'll make sure to notify you in advance of making any deductions and will, whenever possible, provide you with photographic or other documentary evidence of the damage.
