Our minimalist sanctuary in Royal Docks is full of natural light, made for movement, stillness, and everything in between. It features warm cork flooring and an open layout with a simple design that is perfect for yoga, breathwork, meditation, energy healing, women’s circles, and workshops. The capacity is 46 seated or 80 standing.

The ground floor room at Jj’s Café is a cosy, private, family-friendly space perfect for small gatherings. With room for around 30 guests, it’s ideal for birthdays, baby showers, workshops, or cultural events.

St Martin's Church Hall is a space for small events. There is capacity for 50 people seated. We have tables and chairs available. There is a small kitchen and 3 toilets, one is wheelchair accessible. The hall can be divided into 2 rooms if necessary with a partition door. It is often used for parties, meetings, social events, yoga classes (we have yoga mats) and at one time a nursery.
