House rules

• Before your booking:
• Cancellation policy: If less than one month (30 days), 25% of the total cost of the function, If less than two weeks (14 days), 50% of the total cost of the function, If less than one week (7 days), 100% of the total cost of the function. Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before the start time.
• Wait in reception for a member of staff.
• Please make sure to include set up time in your booking.
• You can only access your booked space 15 minutes prior to your booking time.
• During your booking:
• Once you arrive, there will be someone to guide you and show you all the equipment, tables and chairs for your event.
• A member of staff will remain on site during the booking and will be available to help.
• No smoking.
• No vaping.
• Children must not be left unattended in any rooms/garden at any point.
• No animals are permitted onsite except for guide dogs.
• No spirits, ever - only beer and wine is permissible, and need to be agreed by the venue beforehand.
• Bring your own bags and dispose of rubbish on site.
• Your booking must be restricted only to the room paid for, if any other areas of the centre are used without prior consent you will be charged an additional £50.
• Bouncy Castles less than 4 hours = £20, more than 4 hours = £30 to cover electricity.
• Music needs to be turned off an hour before leaving time.
• Keep noise outside the centre to a minimal as it is a residential area.
• The Hirer must not allow the sale of alcohol under any circumstances on the Centre premises. This includes transactions of any sort using coupons, vouchers, or entry tickets.
• Only Beer and Wine may be consumed on the premises, this means that no spirits, liquors or cocktails may be on site.
• After your booking: Leave promptly after your event.
• Leave the space as you found it.
• When tidying up, pick up any rubbish on the floor and if using the kitchen, it needs to be cleaned with no stains.
• If hirers are using the services of a DJ, entertainer or any persons who wish to use their own equipment they must be informed by the hirer that we only permit the use of the Centres sound system (but they may bring along their own mixer or cables).
• A flat rate of £200 will be charged if the hirers; overstay, serve alcohol (not including wine and beer), or cause damage to the venue.
• Due to special flooring in Main Hall, stiletto shoes are not permitted
• The doors to the Main Hall must remain closed and not wedged open throughout your event to prevent sound travelling outside

Parking and loading

• There is on-street parking but some restrictions apply on weekdays and weekends
• There is no designated loading bays so please unload from where you have parked
• Please note, there are NO PARKING facilities onsite, hirers are to make their own arrangements

Property damage

In the event of any damage to the space or any other part of the venue property, Sharesy reserves the right to make deductions from the payment method used.

We'll make sure to notify you in advance of making any deductions and will, whenever possible, provide you with photographic or other documentary evidence of the damage.
