- Please arrive no more than 30 minutes before the start time
- Wait in reception for a member of staff
- The Clubhouse is very big with 3 entrances. Best option is to make your way to the bar area.
- A member of staff will remain on site during the booking and will be available to help
- Ask venue staff for bags and dispose of rubbish on site
- Leave promptly after your event
