House rules

• Please do not arrive before your booked time
• We have a keypad entry system and if no one is on site then you will be given access codes
• We are located on Dane Place which is a side street off Roman Road - our postcode is E3 5EJ. When you arrive at our location there is a mural on the wall and we have a black door with a white move logo on it. Please press the bell button on the silver panel beside the door and we will let you in, or if we re not onsite then you can use the access codes we will send you to enter the building.
• There won't be a member of staff on site during your booking. If you have any issues contact the venue contact provided
• No smoking
• No loud music
• No vaping
• Alcohol must be approved by venue
• Bring your own bags and take the rubbish with you
• Leave promptly after your event
• Leave the space as you found it
• Please make sure all doors are securely locked

Parking and loading

• There are no parking spaces on site
• There is on-street parking but some restrictions apply on weekdays and weekends
• There are no designated loading bays. Please unload from where you park.

Property damage

In the event of any damage to the space or any other part of the venue property, Sharesy reserves the right to make deductions from the payment method used.

We'll make sure to notify you in advance of making any deductions and will, whenever possible, provide you with photographic or other documentary evidence of the damage.
