The Gym is a well equipped space that can be used. Equipment includes: 12 metre Sterling turf Astro track, Sled, Battle rope, Bumper plates, squat and bench press rack with integrated cable machine, Dumbbells 0-30kg, Kettle bells ranging from 4kg - 28kg, Medicine balls, large and small boxing bags from ringside, boxing gloves and pads, skipping ropes and other small accessories, resistance bands, stretch mats, recovery equipment including Theragun. The space also benefits from an onsite defibrillator.
