Venue policies
House rules
- Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before the start time
- Any bookers who need to park in the car park should use the car park intercom to speak to a member of staff to be let in
- Off road parking will need to come to reception and press the intercom and wait to be allowed in
- Bookers with key holders agreement will have access to site
- A member of staff will remain on site during the booking and will be available to help
- No smoking
- No loud music
- No vaping
- No alcohol, ever
- Bring your own bags and dispose of rubbish on site
- Leave promptly after your event
- Leave the space as you found it

In the event of any damage to the space or any other part of the venue property, Sharesy reserves the right to make deductions from the payment method used.
We'll make sure to notify you in advance of making any deductions and will, whenever possible, provide you with photographic or other documentary evidence of the damage.
