• Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before the start time
• Go to carpark entrance
• You will be given a Safe Box code to get the key to allow entry to the Carpark
• There won't be a member of staff on site during your booking If you have any issues contact the venue contact provided
• No smoking
• No loud music
• No vaping
• Alcohol must be approved by venue
• Bring your own bags and dispose of rubbish on site
• Leave promptly after your event
• Leave the space as you found it
• Leave quietly and be mindful of our neighbours

Parking and loading

• There are 16 parking spaces on site
• There is on-street parking but some restrictions apply on weekends
• There is no designated loading bays, please unload from where you have parked

Cancellations

Property damage

In the event of any damage to the space or any other part of the venue property, Sharesy reserves the right to make deductions from the payment method used.

We'll make sure to notify you in advance of making any deductions and will, whenever possible, provide you with photographic or other documentary evidence of the damage.
