• • Access Times: You must include your setup and cleanup time within your booked hours.
• • Curfew: The building must be cleaned, and everyone must be outside by 10pm (Fri-Sat) or 9pm (Sun-Thu).
• • Security: The Hirer is responsible for the supervision and security of the premises during the hire period.
• • Cleaning: The premises must be left in a clean and tidy state, including returning any moved items to their original place.
• • Rubbish: All rubbish must be removed from the building at the end of the hire. Customers can use the bins in the front of the building and the large bin on the St Gabriel’s church grounds.
• • Decorations: Use hooks where provided; only Blu Tack or similar may be used on walls. No sticky products, nails, or fixings that leave marks are permitted.
• • Equipment: Any electrical equipment brought in must be effectively earthed and fitted with a 13-amp fused plug.
• • Smoking & Drugs: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all parts of the building. No illegal drugs are permitted on-site.
• • Alcohol: Alcohol is permitted inside only and must be consumed in moderation. No alcohol may be consumed in the grounds outside.
• • Kitchen: Children are not allowed in the kitchen area.
• • Bouncy Castles: Soft play is allowed, but bouncy castles, high ball games, and hard balls are not permitted.
• • Emergencies: There is no public phone; you must have a mobile phone for emergencies. Report any fire or accident to Church officers immediately.
• • Ethos: No acts of worship other than Christian worship are permitted.
• • Noise: Please avoid unnecessary noise or disturbance to neighbours, especially when departing. A sound limiter device is installed and will cut power to amplified sound if levels are too loud.
• • Subletting: The Hirer shall not sublet the premises or use them for any unlawful purpose. Failure to comply with these regulations may result in the retention of your £100 cleaning/damage deposit.

Property damage

In the event of any damage to the space or any other part of the venue property, Sharesy reserves the right to make deductions from the payment method used.

We'll make sure to notify you in advance of making any deductions and will, whenever possible, provide you with photographic or other documentary evidence of the damage.
