The main studio at Fit For Life Youth HQ is a bright and versatile space designed for movement, creativity, and community. Located in the heart of Ladbroke Grove, the studio can host up to 80 people and is ideal for fitness classes, rehearsals, workshops, children’s parties, and community events.
