Important information:
- Ferry Lane welcomes after-school activities, tutoring sessions and support groups. However we can’t host adults’ parties or events with alcohol.
- For safeguarding reasons you’ll need to visit the school with your ID within two working days of booking. We’ll include our contact details in your booking confirmation email. Thank you!
- Keeping in line with Keeping Children Safe In Education 2023, if there is any safeguarding allegation, the school will follow their own safeguarding policies and procedures, including informing the Local Authority Designated Officer of any concern where appropriate.
A lovely classroom that is great for support groups and after-school activities. It holds up to 25 people but if you need more space there is another classroom available.

- You need to visit the school within 48 hours of making a booking with a form of photographic ID and discuss your event with the headteacher. Please contact the venue using the venue contact details provided. If you do not do this within 48 hours the booking will be cancelled Enter through the green side gate, located on the car park side of the building. You should not enter via the main school entrance
- Your booking time includes setup, packing up, and cleaning up.
- A caretaker will let you in when you arrive but won't remain on site during your event. If you have any issues, please contact the venue using the contact details in your booking confirmation email
- Do not drink alcohol on site
- Leave the space as you found it – bring your own bin bags and put your bagged-up rubbish in the bins on site
- Leave promptly after your event

Everything about hiring this space was lovely. We used the hall for a family gathering and birthday party, and it was perfect for the occasion. The space was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and celebrate. The booking process was smooth, and everything was ready for us on the day, which made things really easy and stress-free. I've hired the hall for both my kids birthday parties in the last few months. Communication is easy, hall is perfect space for parties, having the little kitchen is handy and the small outdoor area is perfect as a little breakaway space for some fresh air. It has everything you need, chairs tables toilets etc. perfect for what we needed and both kids had wonderful birthday parties there!

The kitchen wasn't clean when we got there, my hospitality team had to clean up. Dirty cups and plates left in the sink and the middle toilet was blocked. Other than that the space use was OK for the event we had and had good WiFi connection.
