Hall Hire, East Barnet Baptist Church
This is the main hall of the church, plenty of space perfect for community events, parties and study groups.
After making the booking on Sharesy, a £100 refundable deposit is required to secure the space, which is returned after the event providing the deposit terms are met. This is taken directly by the venue after booking on Sharesy and is separate from hire fees.

Venue policies
House rules
- Come into the office on Mondays, Tuesday afternoon or Wednesdays to collect the keys for access before the start time
- Ring the main doorbell
- They have to come to the Friend In Need front door entrace and press the door bell. Please collect the keys from the office and the church administrator will brief you access. On the day of the event, please feel free to arrive 30mins before the booking. Please reset the space as you found it.
- There won't be a member of staff on site during your booking. If you have any issues contact the venue contact provided
- No smoking

- Bring your own bags and dispose of rubbish on site
- Leave promptly after your event
- Leave the space as you found it
- Please post the keys through the mail box before leaving.
