Bar & Kitchen Hire, EartH
Thanks to its innovative, modular design, EartH Bar and Kitchen is an ideal location for hosting a drinks reception, a team off-site, a birthday party or even a fine-dining experience. Situated on the first floor of the building, the space is also the perfect break-out area for larger events hosted in their Hall or Theatre. We offer a full drinks service in the room’s private bar to a capacity of up to 300 people, and if you’d like to serve food, they also offer the option to hire their modern, spacious and well-equipped kitchen.
EartH's Bar & Kitchen can be hired individually or the venue can be hired as a whole for a complete takeover.
We hire the space out in 10 hour periods. Please enquire for a quote.

House rules
- Arrival time: at the start of your booking
- A member of staff will always be on site during an event
- Please leave the place as you found it. For larger events you can factor in additional cleaning costs and waste disposal
- There are bins provided on site, but if your rubbish exceeds these bins you can either take it away with you, or you’ll be charged for additional waste disposal
- Catering, AV equipment & furniture hire will come from EartH's approved suppliers Drinks will be purchased directly from the venue
- If you want to bring your own catering / drinks etc, you will have to pay a catering buy-out fee (typically £1500+VAT), or a corkage fee for drinks (which I'll work out based on the length of the event / number of guests etc)
Parking and loading
- Loading: there is a yard at the rear of the venue with parking for three vans outside of the event hours
- There are pay and display bays on Truman’s Road, just next to the venue
- Parking dispensation available upon request from London Borough of Hackney

Property damage
In the event of any damage to the space or any other part of the venue property, Sharesy reserves the right to make deductions from the payment method used.
We'll make sure to notify you in advance of making any deductions and will, whenever possible, provide you with photographic or other documentary evidence of the damage.
