The space also lead out on to an open garden area which can be used as a break out area.
For groups of 30 or less, there is a lower rate available.

Property damage
In the event of any damage to the space or any other part of the venue property, Sharesy reserves the right to make deductions from the payment method used.
We'll make sure to notify you in advance of making any deductions and will, whenever possible, provide you with photographic or other documentary evidence of the damage.
Insurance
Public liability insurance is included in the booking, but there are a number of exceptions: Damage to filmed artwork, drawings, software and computer images where these are available on back-up negatives, tapes or discs unless the back-ups are also damaged. Operator error in the use of post production equipment. Delays in delivery. Depreciation, gradual deterioration and wear and tear. Deterioration caused by climatic or atmospheric conditions or change in the water table. Erasure of sound or video tapes caused by magnetic or electrical fields. Damage to cut outs, unused footage or library stock which do not form part of the completed production. Damage caused by disappearance, misfiling or misplacing of information or clerical error
