Venue policies
House rules
- Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before the start time
- Ideally you would arrange to visit site, pre-booking, so you are oriented in the space and so that the actual booking goes very smoothly.
- Finding us is easy:
- ? Come out of Clapham Junction via the Grant Road exit, turn left, and we’re just 20–30 seconds down the road on your left. Look for the glass door. If no one’s there, ring the bell or pop round to the main arches.
- No parking on-site, but you can use Asda’s car park (free for 2 hours) or the estate opposite us.
- Drop us a text via whatsapp using our landline number. It goes straight to our business whatsapp inbox!
- A member of staff will remain on site during the booking and will be available to help
- No smoking
- No vaping
- Alcohol must be approved by venue
- Bring your own bags and take the rubbish with you
- Leave promptly after your event
- Leave the space as you found it
- If you require us to dispose of rubbish there will be an additional fee for this.

We'll make sure to notify you in advance of making any deductions and will, whenever possible, provide you with photographic or other documentary evidence of the damage.
