House rules

• Please do not arrive before your booked time
• Wait in reception for a member of staff
• When you arrive, come through the main glass door and head up the stairs on the left. This brings you into the foyer where a member of staff will meet you. The office is just on the right if you need assistance.
• There won't be a member of staff on site during your booking. If you have any issues contact the venue contact provided
• No smoking
• No vaping
• Alcohol must be approved by venue
• Bring your own bags and take the rubbish with you
• Leave promptly after your event
• Leave the space as you found it
• Please make sure the space is left exactly as you found it, with all furniture put back, lights switched off, and the kitchen cleaned if used. All cookware and utensils must be washed, dried, and put away. Please take all rubbish with you and remove any decorations. We ask all bookers to finish promptly so staff can lock up. Noise must end by 10.30pm on weekdays at 11pm on weekends.

• There are no designated loading bays but there are spaces right outside the doors for loading.

Property damage

In the event of any damage to the space or any other part of the venue property, Sharesy reserves the right to make deductions from the payment method used.

We'll make sure to notify you in advance of making any deductions and will, whenever possible, provide you with photographic or other documentary evidence of the damage.
