Pricing:
To ensure our studios are accessible to as many people as possible we offer a tiered pricing structure.
Tier 1 - discretionary rate offered to charities, social enterprises, and artistic projects.
Half Day (4h) £150 // Full Day (8h) £350 // Exclusive Use £450 (sole use and overnight storage)
Tier 2 - reduced rate offered to small businesses, personal projects, low budget shoots.
Half Day (4h) £300 // Full Day (8h) £450 // Exclusive Use £650 (sole use and overnight storage)
Tier 3 - standard rate offered to commercial or corporate clients, high impact events such as large meetings or shoots.
Half Day (4h) £450 // Full Day (8h) £650 // Exclusive Use £850 (sole use and overnight storage)

Venue policies
House rules
- Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before the start time
- Wait at the front entrance or gates, for a member of staff
- The booker will receive all details of the person who will be there to greet them along with entrance details the day before your booking. There is someone available to make sure everything goes smoothly. Please call the direct number of the appointed member of staff.
- No smoking
- No loud music
- No vaping
- No hanging or sticking things on the walls if not pre-approved. No scratching the floors or dragging furniture/props. Equipment is available if booked prior to hire date Do not share the codes outside your organisation
- Please turn off all lights on exit Please shut the doors on exit
- Entrance to the complex and building must be closed at all times when not in use
- This is a residential building, please be respectful with the neighbours .
- Ask venue staff for bags and dispose of rubbish on site
- Leave promptly after your event
- Leave the studios as you found them
- Please make sure all doors are closed and lights are off. Leave the rubbish in a closed bin bag.

- There are no parking spaces on site
- There is on-street parking with some restrictions during weekdays
- There is a designated space for unloading on site
