Research Studio Hire, Chisenhale Dance Space
Located in a warehouse building overlooking Hertford Union canal, Chisenhale Dance Space is a vibrant and friendly place to rehearse, network, and perform.
We have 2 light and spacious studios with large windows and high ceilings. These are perfect for rehearsals, workshops, auditions. We are also a great location for photo/film shoots (price on request).
Facilities include built-in sound systems with iPod connection and CD drives, sprung floors, and central heating. If you need somewhere to relax or meet, the public lounge has tea, coffee and free wifi.

House rules
- Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before the start time
- We have an access system so bookers can let themselves into the building directly
- We will send access details and booking terms and conditions following payment but ahead of the booking itself
- A member of staff will remain on site during the booking and will be available to help
- No smoking

- Alcohol must be approved by venue
- Ask venue staff for bags and dispose of rubbish on site
- Leave promptly after your event
- Leave the space as you found it
- Please ensure all lights and heaters / other electrical equipment is turned off
- Make sure all windows and doors are closed
