- All bookers are requested to visit the venue ahead of their booking All teen parties require an adult to be present at all times, the adult must attend the venue visit ahead of the booking
- Please arrive at the start of the booking time - no earlier
- Please use the main gate to enter the site and use the buzzer at the reception door and wait for a member of staff to let you in
- If using the car park for an allocated space please use the car park buzzer at the barrier for staff to give you access
- A member of staff will remain on site during the booking and will be available to help
- No smoking
- No vaping
- No alcohol, ever
- Ask venue staff for bags and dispose of rubbish on site
- Leave promptly after your event
- Leave the space as you found it
- Please only remain in the space you have booked in the building
- Please provide a point of contact for your booking when confirmed
- Any requests regarding the space, tables, chairs, speakers etc need to be made a week prior to the booking date
- We will not provide cutlery and utensils for food and drinks
- Please report any damages/concerns to the member of staff onsite
- A walkie talkie will be provided to the main point of contact for the booking during the session

- On street parking is available opposite, with restrictions on event days only
- There is a designated space for unloading on site - in the car park

The Venue is great money for value for what you get. Onsite help was amazing really went the extra mile for us. The one issue we had was that we booked the main hall and when we viewed we’re told we could use the stage. This was told to be wrong on the day and so we didn’t use it however on Sharesy we couldn’t find an extra option to book the stage and so we thought it came with main hall. If this is the case. Sharesy and Canada villa need to rectify this online

The party hall was very spacious and well lit. We were having a glow in the dark party and the hall had black out binds which was very apt for the party. Paul has been really friendly and very helpful. He also helped us with putting up our birthday banner and the setting up the tables and chairs. So overall he has been great experience and really worth the money. Would definitely recommend this place if you are looking to arrange a party.

I rented the Canada Villa Youth Centre main hall for a sixth birthday party. It was a dream come true largely down to the wonderful support and attentiveness provided by Paul, who was on hand throughout with helpful suggestions and practical help. Thank you so much Paul!
