House rules
- Please arrive by pre-arranged discussion of time, Call Management on arrival before the start time
- Call Management on arrival, then bookers will be given specific instructions as to where to go. Bookers can park in the small car park, whereas guests should use the main car park. Management is always available day or night.
- A member of staff will remain on site during the booking and will be available to help

- Alcohol must be approved by venue
- There is no smoking inside by law. Smoking is allowed on the terrace. The venue sells and supplies all alcohol to bookers. Bookers are not allowed to bring their own alcohol unless by arrangement

- Failure to leave the space as bookers found it will incur a maintenance and cleaning fee.
